Tinra Vehicle Rental and Mobility Services Joint Stock Company ("TurkeiMietwagen" or "Company"), in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVK Law"), and the General Disclosure Text within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Company's Regulation on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data,
Personal data may be processed by the Company, acting as the data controller, or by data processors authorized by it to take the necessary security measures or cooperate with it; Identity information, address information, contact information, TR ID No., date of birth, gender, address data, e-mail address, telephone, mobile phone, user preferences for the service, driver's license information, profession, SES (Data pertaining to Socio-Economic Status), marital status, hobbies, all kinds of digital footprints on the website and other personal data that are directly or indirectly related to the Company's ability to provide its services to its customers under the best conditions, to provide services reliably and uninterruptedly, to maximize customer satisfaction, to make payments, to carry out various transactions related to the aforementioned services, to carry out and develop operations, to promote, market, advertise and campaign activities of the aforementioned products and services or different products and services, to inform customers about opportunities, campaigns and other services and to fulfill the requirements of the contracts concluded with customers; I hereby accept and declare that my personal data may be processed in accordance with the general principles expressed in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDP Law"), especially the principle of preservation for the period stipulated in the legislation or necessary for the purpose of processing; that they may be obtained, recorded, securely stored in physical or electronic media for a period appropriate for the purpose of processing, preserved, changed, rearranged, disclosed and transferred in accordance with the legislation, taken over, classified, processed or the use of the data may be prevented; that I have been informed by the Company regarding the above-mentioned issues and that I have given my explicit consent within the framework of the PDP Law.
