What is required to rent a car?
A valid driver’s license (usually held for at least 1 year), a reservation confirmation (voucher), and a credit or debit card in the main driver’s name are required.

The minimum age requirement is generally 21. Some suppliers may require the driver to be 23–25 years old. A “Young Driver Fee” may apply for drivers between the ages of 18 and 25. Can I rent without a credit card?
Some suppliers may accept Visa or Mastercard debit cards; however, in most cases, a credit card is required. Since deposits and insurance transactions are usually processed through credit cards, we recommend checking the accepted payment methods in advance.
What should I do to reserve a car? How can I manage my reservation?
You can view or cancel your reservation through your user panel. Our system allows you to manage all transactions quickly and easily.
What is the cancellation and change policy?
In general, free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the pick-up time. For cancellations made after this period, a portion of the payment may be refunded depending on the insurance coverage, and certain deductions may apply. Please carefully read the cancellation and refund procedure.
What insurance options are available?
All reservations include a basic car rental insurance package. Additionally, optional packages such as full protection, tire/window/light coverage, or zero excess can be selected. The available insurance options may vary depending on the supplier. Additional coverage can also be purchased at the rental office during vehicle pick-up.
